With a degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Dieter plays a critical role in protecting both people and projects. His responsibilities include conducting field site safety audits, developing and implementing comprehensive safety policies and procedures, overseeing safety qualifications, and reviewing hoisting, rigging, and crane lift plans. Through his leadership, Dieter ensures that safety remains a central pillar of Omni-Tech’s operations.
