Outside of work, Lee enjoys fishing, driving sports cars, and spending time with his wife, four children, and grandchildren, grounded by faith, family, and a love for adventure.
Dara Hulin
Director of Ops & Finance

Dara is the Director of Operations & Finance at Omni-Tech Solutions, where she leads the operations, legal, and finance departments with precision and purpose. Backed by over 20 years of administrative and legal experience, and a bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in accounting, Dara plays a vital role in planning, implementing, and managing key organizational initiatives. Her strategic oversight and cross-functional expertise help keep the company running smoothly from every angle.
Outside of work, Dara enjoys time with her husband, four adult children, and grandchildren. She loves reading, charity events, church, and outdoor pastimes like fishing, golfing, traveling, and driving sports cars.

With over 15 years of telecommunications experience and academic degrees in arts, criminal justice, and business administration, he brings a well-rounded perspective to every initiative. Dieter serves as the Director of Safety at Omni-Tech Solutions, bringing more than 30 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety. With a degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Dieter plays a critical role in protecting both people and projects. His responsibilities include conducting field site safety audits, developing and implementing comprehensive safety policies and procedures, overseeing safety qualifications, and reviewing hoisting, rigging, and crane lift plans. Through his leadership, Dieter ensures that safety remains a central pillar of Omni-Tech’s operations.
Outside of work, Dieter finds balance in the great outdoors. He enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, and spending time exploring nature.
Rebecca Graf
Legal Operations Director

Rebecca is the Legal Operations Director at Omni-Tech Solutions, bringing nearly 20 years of legal and analytical expertise to the team. With a bachelor’s in political science and a Juris Doctorate, she oversees the day-to-day management of the Alabama office and drives key legal strategies across the company. Her role spans regulatory compliance, licensing, policy management, contract review, employment matters, and HR support and ensuring operations run smoothly and within legal bounds.
Outside of the office, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her three daughters, staying active in her local church, and playing softball. She’s also passionate about cooking, reading, and exploring new destinations.

James Poe is the Director of IT at Omni‑Tech Solutions, leading all technology initiatives and overseeing the development of the company’s project management software. He focuses on creating efficient, secure systems that support daily operations and improve project workflow across the organization.
Outside of work, James is a devoted husband and father. He enjoys quality time with his wife and children and studying the Bible. His biggest passion is spreading the gospel to others.
