Dara Hulin

Backed by over 20 years of administrative and legal experience, and a bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in accounting, Dara plays a vital role in planning, implementing, and managing key organizational initiatives. Outside of work, Dara enjoys time with her husband, four adult children, and grandchildren. She loves reading, charity events, church, and outdoor pastimes like fishing, golfing, traveling, and driving sports cars.

With a degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Dieter plays a critical role in protecting both people and projects. His responsibilities include conducting field site safety audits, developing and implementing comprehensive safety policies and procedures, overseeing safety qualifications, and reviewing hoisting, rigging, and crane lift plans. Through his leadership, Dieter ensures that safety remains a central pillar of Omni-Tech’s operations.
Outside of work, Dieter finds balance in the great outdoors. He enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, and spending time exploring nature.
Rebecca Graf
Legal Operations Director
Rebecca is the Legal Operations Director at Omni-Tech Solutions, bringing nearly 20 years of legal and analytical expertise to the team. With a bachelor’s in political science and a Juris Doctorate, she oversees the day-to-day management of the Alabama office and drives key legal strategies across the company. Her role spans regulatory compliance, licensing, policy management, contract review, employment matters, and HR support and ensuring operations run smoothly and within legal bounds.
